  Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and drop off the parcel at any authorized shipping carrier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
